About Us
Steele Consulting consists of a diverse group of market experts who were brought together by a common desire to work with like-minded people. Unrestrained by legacy systems and processes, they have used their collective expertise to build a locally managed and controlled business which is fully independent in an industry where precious few can claim true independence.
Our approach
Demystify and simplify
We create exceptional value for every client by challenging the status quo and focusing on what could be, and not primarily what is. Our approach is collaborative, outcome focused, grounded in ethics, and built upon four key pillars:
Listen
The most important form of communication and the cornerstone of effective interaction and collaboration. Our strategy is constructed by thoroughly evaluating and understanding our client’s business objectives.
Research
Is at the heart of everything we do. We love it, and we’re good at it. Understanding key economic and industry indicators, market conditions and knowing how to utilise this knowledge is how we outperform objectives.
Strategise
We establish a pathway connecting our client’s internal business goals to take advantage of prevailing market conditions. We objectively assess our clients’ goals, incorporating market perspectives to offer clear, concise advice.
Deliver
Is what we do best. We’re relentless in our pursuit of excellence to provide the outcomes we promise. We have a proven track record in getting the job done, no matter the market.
Our Values
What we stand for
Partnership
We work with the goal of making our relationships last a lifetime, not just a lease term. Our partnerships are everything.
Authenticity
In our processes, our work ethic and staying true to the very reasons we started this business. Put simply, we do what we say we will do.
Transparency
Is reflected in the processes and technology that informs our mission. Our business exists to empower occupiers, which in turn builds trust.
Expertise
In both sides of the marketplace. Our intimate knowledge of landlord strategies at a c-suite level provides insights and opportunities on every transaction.
Innovation
We don’t talk about better ways of doing things. We create better ways and deliver bespoke solutions for the benefit of our clients.
Our Mission
To empower corporate occupiers to level up the playing field in a skewed and biased marketplace. Steele Consulting was created with the sole objective of redesigning and improving Commercial Real Estate strategies for occupiers, empowering them to have greater visibility and control over decisions made on one of their largest expenses.
